In The Pool
Favourite event: 3m Springboard
Finest ever performance: Junior European Championship 2012 - 3m synchro gold with Grace Reid (278.13). Individually I think my best performance would've been at the Australian Youth Olympics 2013. I just missed out on a medal in the 3m, coming fourth. I also got a PB on my five requireds.
Role models: Tania Cagnotto and Wu Minxia.
My aspirations are: To first represent GB at a senior internationals and in the long run go to the Olympics... Would love to go to Rio. The statue of Christ the Redeemer has a perfect diving posture!
Out of the pool
If I wasn't a diver: I would probably still be doing gymnastics (maybe gone to Cirque du Soleil... would've been epic) or I might have tried something different like drama.
Tip for the top: Learn from your mistakes and take that frustration out only to strive for the better. Also make sure you enjoy every minute of what you do.
Life after diving: I really want to go into child psychology but help out with diving too.
Would most like to meet: Adam Sandler, Jennifer Lawrence and Ellen Degeneres.
Biggest influence on career: Definitely my parents and my brother but also all the coaches I've ever had. They've all got something different to say about how to be the best.
Sports: Diving (obviously) and gymnastics.
Band/music: R'n'B and pop, but generally speaking I just listen to whatever feels inspiring in the moment.
Food: Mother's lasagne!
Hobbies: I love to watch movies and then read the book.
