Lois Toulson

After winning a couple of Group C medals at the 2012 Elite Junior Championships, Lois Toulson impressed at the start of the 2013 season, reaching the 1m and 3m Springboard finals at the British Gas Diving Championships in Plymouth, finishing sixth in the former.

She backed that performance up with two silvers (1m Springboard, Platform) in her first season in the Group B age group at the 2013 Elite Juniors, then reached the finals in both events on her European Junior Championship debut later in the season.

Toulson made further strides forward in 2014, winning 10m Platform silver and 10m Synchro gold with Rebecca Gallantree at the season-opening British Gas National Cup in Southend.

She went on to star on the junior internationals stage, winning Group B Platform gold at the European Junior Championships then finishing her year with silver in the same event at the World Junior Championships in Penza, Russia.
