Lydia Rosenthall

Having won 3m and Platform gold in the Group C age group at the 2011 British Elite Junior Diving Championships, Lydia Rosenthall caught the eye at the season-opening British Gas National Cup in 2012, reaching the 1m Springboard final and finishing seventh.

While she missed the medals at the 2012 Elite Juniors, she made the Group B 3m Springboard final at both the European Junior Championships and World Junior Championships in the same year, coming closest to the medals with a fourth place finish at the former.

Rosenthall made her mark with some impressive performances in 2013, finishing fourth in the 3m Springboard at the British Gas Championships, claiming a clean sweep of the Group B titles at the British Elite Juniors then winning her first European Junior medal with 3m Springboard silver in Poznan.

Further medals followed in 2014 as Rosenthall combined with Katherine Torrance to win 3m Synchro gold and landed individual 3m Springboard bronze at the National Cup then won 3m silver and 1m bronze in her first season in the Group A age group at the British Elite Junior Championships.
