In British Swimming you will find information about the world of high performance sport, including the disciplines of Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming, Water Polo and Para-Swimming.

The ASA is the governing body for the sport in England. In this section you will find all you need to know about joining a club or competing in England and becoming a swimming teacher or coach.

The IoS delivers the ASA’s courses and is a member organisation. Whether you are a teacher, coach, employer or club you will find everything you need to know about qualifications or educating your workforce.

In The Pool

Favourite event: Platform

Finest ever performance: Winning gold on 1m, 3m and platform at the 2012 British Junior Elites, gold at Dresden International on platform, bronze at junior europeans on platform and finalist in the 1m and platform events at Junior Worlds. 

Role models: Tonia Couch and Tom Daley

My aspirations are: To represent GB at the Olympics and win a medal.

Out of the pool

If I wasn’t a diver I would be: Probably still doing athletics and gymnastics.

Tip for the top: To have a great work ethic and never give up!

Life after diving: Not sure yet! Maybe a forensic scientist or something to do with sport.

Would most like to meet: One Direction and Jessica Ennis

Most prized possession: My phone!

Biggest influence on career: My parents are always very encouraging and supportive and take me to and from training every day!

Band/music: I dont really have a favourite but i like Rihanna, One Direction, Emeli Sande and Bruno Mars.
