Ticketing

  • What ticket types and prices are available?

(Prices excluding fees)

Price Band 1 - Adult session: £50, Concession: £35

Price Band 2 - Adult session: £40, Concession: £25

There are two seating stands available:

The George Stand - seating in this stand starts at deck level and is tiered upwards.

Clyde Bank - seating in this stand is raised from the deck level by 2.5 meters and is tiered upwards.

  • What is the difference between the two bands of tickets?

All tickets offer a good view of the competition. Band 1 tickets offer the best view of the competition pool.

  • What is classed as a concession?

Under 16s.

  • How do I make a group booking for this event?

Please contact the Ticketmaster group bookings line on 0844 844 2121. Bookings for 10 people or more need to be made by contacting this number.

  • I cannot get through on the website and it is running slow?

Please be patient and keep trying. If you have any problems using the online system please call the Ticketmaster General Tickets Number: 0844 248 5118.

  • How will I receive my ticket?

If you opted for ticket fast you will need to print this ticket at home and bring to the venue. Otherwise your tickets will be sent by post. Ticketmaster aims to dispatch tickets as soon as possible. We are not able to be specific with exact dates of dispatch.

Please allow as much time as possible for your tickets to arrive. If your tickets have not arrived five days before the event or, if you are travelling, five days before you leave you will need to contact Ticketmaster.

  • I can’t get tickets for the session I want online. Is it sold out?

If the online system is not showing any seats available then this session will be sold out. Make sure you have tried to purchase tickets on both the stands either side of the pool.

  • I’m not sure how the ticket limits work?

You can purchase up to nine tickets for each session online. For orders of 10 people or more please call the group bookings phone line on 0844 844 2121.

  • I have special access requirements. Is there a number I can call?

The Special Access number is 0800 988 4440.

  • When will each session start?

Friday 20 December - 16:45 Doors Open, 18:15 Show Start, 19:00 Racing Start

Session to last approximately three hours

Saturday 21 December - 11:45 Doors Open, 13:15 Show Start, 14:00 Racing Start

Session to last approximately three hours.

  • What do you mean by a session?

The event takes place over two days. There is one session per day. A session is made up of a number of races. Please see schedule online.

  • Which athletes will be taking part in this event?

The European Allstar team can be seen here. The USA team can be seen here. Both teams are subject to change.

  • What facilities are available in the venue?

There is a café selling a variety of hot and cold food and beverages.There is a cash machine on site.

Credit and debit cards are also taken as a form of payment at the venue.

  • How do I get to Tollcross International Swimming Centre?

Full transport details will be available shortly. For public transport information please phone Traveline on 0870 608 2 608. The nearest bus stop is on Wellshot road. First Glasgow and Glasgow City both provide buses to this stop.
