SUCCESSFUL QUALIFICATION MEET FOR IPC SWIMMING WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

The cream of British Disability Swimming converged for the British Gas Swim Wales Disability Short Course Disability Meet at the weekend.
The event, held at South East Regional Swimming Pool, Newport International Sports Village, was the qualifying meet for the IPC Swimming World Championships (25m) in November and December. British Disability Swimming will announce the squad for the Championships at 1pm on Wednesday 8th July.
National Performance Director Tim Reddish said: “There were some world class performances at the weekend which should stand the team we select on Wednesday in good stead for the World Champs. “
