British pair claim bronze in Diving World Series

Tom Daley and Pete Waterfield have lifted 10m Synchro bronze at the second leg of the FINA/Midea Diving World Series in Beijing.

The British pair impressed to score 459.87 in the final, missing out on silver by just 0.13 points in China.

The competition, being held at the iconic Water Cube constructed for the Beijing Olympics in 2008, was won by the Chinese pair Yuan Cao and Yanquan Zhang who scored 502.65 to take gold.

Germany's Sacha Klein and Patrick Hausding ultimately finished in second with their score of 459.90.
