Daley just outside of medals in Canada

Tom Daley finished fourth in the 10m Platform on the final day of the Canada leg of the 2014 FINA/NVC Diving World Series.

The Olympic bronze medallist finished second in his semi final and began the final excellently with a well executed Back Triple Somersault piked for a score of 94.50.

The Brit continued the final well but dropped his Back 3 ½ Somersaults piked to slip outside of the medal standings.

He finished with a score of 485.35 to take fourth place behind Germany’s Sascha Klein who scored a total of 496.20 for bronze behind China's Cao Yuan (586.20) and Qiu Bo (557.80).

Sarah Barrow reached the final of the women’s 10m Platform with an impressive performance in the second semi final.

She scored 313.90 points in the semi final and finished third while team mate Tonia Couch finished fifth in the same semi with a score of 298.10.

Barrow, who won silver in the Platform Synchro, looked confident throughout the final and scored consistently throughout the rounds to finish fifth overall with a score of 338.80 points.
