Twelve gold medals have already been decided after two days of competition at the British Gas Junior Elite Diving Championships.

Twelve gold medals have already been decided after two days of competition at the British Gas Junior Elite Diving Championships.

The four-day event has seen some of Britain’s most promising junior athletes take to the boards in order to secure a medal.

City of Sheffield’s Ross Haslam has taken the Group C Boys 1m and Platform titles with scores of 293.35 and 301.30 respectively.

Sarah White and Rosie Medlock, both from Southampton Diving Academy, secured gold medals in the respective Group C Girls Platform and Group B Girls 3m finals.

Other gold medallists include:

Josh Dowd (City of Leeds) - Group B Boys 3m
Jack Haslam (City of Sheffield) – Group B Boys Platform
Oliver Dingly (Harrogate District) – Group A Boys 1m
James Milton (City of Sheffield) – Group A Boys Platform
Amber Sheppard (Crystal Palace) – Group C Girls 3m
Grace Reid (Edinburgh) – Group B Girls 1m
Harriet Bullough (City of Sheffield) – Group A Girls 1m
Jessica Williams (Crystal Palace) – Group A Girls 3m
