British Gas Swimming Championships - how did we do?

If you attended the British Gas Swimming Championships 2012, we hope you had a great time watching our athletes compete for their place at the London 2012 Olympics.
To help us to improve the quality of future events, we would like you to complete this short survey which has been created for individuals aged 18+.
