British Swimming CEO David Sparkes re-elected to BOA Board

David Sparkes has been voted to serve a further four years as a member of the British Olympic Association board. Read on to learn more.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of British Swimming and the ASA, David Sparkes, has been re-elected to serve a further four years as a member of the British Olympic Association’s (BOA’s) Board of Directors.
Voted in by the membership of the BOA National Olympic Committee (NOC), David is one of six National Governing Body (NGB) representatives on the board.
Elections take place every two years. The full list of serving NGB representative directors are:

- Richard Leman, GB Hockey
- David Sparkes, British Swimming
- Sarah Treseder, Royal Yachting Association
- Niels de Vos, UK Athletics
