British Swimming rankings database reaches million marker

13 August 2014

The British Swimming Rankings database now contains data for more than one mililon swims.

The database was started in 1996 and contains the times of English and Welsh licensed meets as well as Scottish level 1 and 2 licensed meets.

The times are also used for online entry checking, removing the need for manually checking a person’s membership and entry times.

The rankings system is part of a suite of programs available via www.swimmingresults.org which now includes a free club rankings download that any British club can use for their licensed and unlicensed competition results.

Congratulations to the rankings team and everyone involved with swimmingresults.org!
