In British Swimming you will find information about the world of high performance sport, including the disciplines of Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming, Water Polo and Para-Swimming.

The ASA is the governing body for the sport in England. In this section you will find all you need to know about joining a club or competing in England and becoming a swimming teacher or coach.

The IoS delivers the ASA’s courses and is a member organisation. Whether you are a teacher, coach, employer or club you will find everything you need to know about qualifications or educating your workforce.

Tickets on sale for 48th Annual Swiming Coaching Conference

Tickets are on sale now for the 48th Annual Swimming Coaching Conference.

The 2011 Conference, at the St John’s Hotel, Solihull will be an ‘all British affair’ as we plan to”SUPPORT TEAM GB!” going into the London 2012 Olympics.

It will take place between the 23rd & 25th September 2011.

The event will contain not only our classic theory lectures, but also this year include practical sessions at Tudor Grange Sports Centre, just a few minutes walk away.

Full Conference delegates will be able to attend all such sessions, and the Awards Dinner, as well as receiving a full delegates pack and post event downloads of all presentations & audio recordings of those slots for which it was feasible to record.
