Lough breaks British record in Sheffield

City of Sunderland’s Nicole Lough broke her own British S14 100m Breaststroke record at the Northern Area Zonal Meet 2014 in Sheffield.

Lough, who won bronze at the 2013 IPC World Championships, showed her early season form to lower the record to 1:20.03

She also went on to equal her S14 50m Breaststroke record which stands at 36.23 from the same event 12 months ago.

Paralympic champion Josef Craig was also competing in Sheffield and set a PB in the S7 100m Freestyle when he touched in a time of 1:01.54.
