Aquabatique through to Britain’s Got Talent final
11th May 2012
Synchronised swimming act Aquabatique have continued their charge on ITV talent show Britain’s Got Talent, progressing through last night’s live semi-final.
The foursome swam to music from James Bond and impressed the judges with their dynamic routine in the tank which was the first time any act has performed outside.
David Walliams said it had ‘everything that he loved in it’ whilst Simon mentioned that the girls could work for him in his human aquarium he is having built in his house.
Irish singer Ryan O’Shaughnessy won the public vote so Aquabatique who were in the top three had to wait for the judges' decision to see if they would be put through to the final.
David, Simon and Amanda Holden all sided with the synchronised swimmers making them the last act apart from the wildcard decision to go through to the final.
The girls will be performing a new routine on Saturday night so watch ITV at 19:30 and get voting in support of synchronised swimming.
