  • Great Britain 10 - 6 The Netherlands
  • Great Britain 11 - 8 Sicily
  • Great Britain 12 - 11 Malta
With their crucial European Championship qualifiers in Sunderland less than a week away, the British men have been in fine form in the Mediterranean and completed their set of four victories with a 12-11 defeat of their hosts in the final game of the competition.

In front of the biggest crowd of the tournament, the Brits won out in a physical encounter with both teams eager to get their hands on the trophy.

Apart from the last minute of the third quarter, GB led throughout the game with Ciaran James and Tom Curwen leading the goal rush with six and three respectively.

The British men looked dangerous shooting on the arc and with head coach Andrei Iosep's exciting attacking plays coming together, they were a constant threat in open play.

The team now heads back to Sunderland to prepare for the European Championship qualifiers against Russia, Israel and Moldova from 7 - 10 November.
