Welcome to Grassroots Disability Swimming
Welcome to the landing page for grassroots disability swimming. If you are looking to get into the sport or are a club wanting guidance on including people with disabilities then read on.
Paralympian household names such as Ellie Simmonds and Sascha Kindred all started in grassroots sport. It is the foundation from which GB athletes grow.
In England grassroots sport is run by the ASA. Visit the Scottish and Welsh websites for more information on Scotland and Wales.
In this section you will find a range of information on how you can get involved in disability swimming in England. Who knows, you may be the next GB Paralympian.
If you are a club then you can find a range of information to help you become more inclusive and support disability swimmers.
If you are already a competent swimmer and are able to swim 15m or more then click here and fill out our Swimmer Tracker form to become more involved with disability swimming.
