In the Pool

Greatest achievement to date: Olympic Trials 200m Freestyle Final. I was simply prepared physically and mentally, and booked my spot for Beijing.

Who has been greatest influence on you: My former coach Eileen Adams

Out of the Pool

One thing you can’t live without: My dog, I have an Irish setter, also my phone, I need that!

Tip for the top: Preparation

Life after swimming: I would like to do the things that I have missed out on. Travel around the world, live on a beach and surf as much as I can.

Band/Music: I listen to music to psych me up, up to an hour before racing. Things like Daft Punk. I then switch my focus to the actual race.
