Judges Training
There are four levels of Synchro Judge:

The grading of the Judge depends on their evaluation at competitions. Current Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 Judges (L2) are assigned a level according to their evaluation over the past two years.
Promotion
Annually, the Judges’ Working Party reviews evaluations. To gain promotion in any four year (maximum) period, Judges must receive four evaluations in the category 3/2 overall (or higher) and at least 3 for non-bias.
General B and A Judges are eligible to judge at any level of competition. The competition promoter may select Judges as appropriate.
