In British Swimming you will find information about the world of high performance sport, including the disciplines of Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming, Water Polo and Para-Swimming.

The ASA is the governing body for the sport in England. In this section you will find all you need to know about joining a club or competing in England and becoming a swimming teacher or coach.

The IoS delivers the ASA’s courses and is a member organisation. Whether you are a teacher, coach, employer or club you will find everything you need to know about qualifications or educating your workforce.

In the Pool

Aspirations: To compete at the Olympics 2016.

Finest ever performance:  There are a few! Swimming with the England squad in Croatia and Italy and getting a silver medal in Figures and Duet and a gold medal in the Team event. Also being part of the senior GB team who competed in the Spanish Open and World Championships in 2013.

Who has been greatest influence on you: My older sister Emily who I now swim with in the team.

When did you begin synchro: When I was eight years old.

Out of the Pool

Family members: Mum, Dad, Emily, Megan and my two dogs, Bella and Roxy.

Studies: Just starting my A-Levels.

Ultimate relaxation: Having a Sunday family day, roast dinner and chilling out.

One thing you can’t live without: My phone.

Tip for the top: Always stay focused and enjoy what you do.

Life after swimming: I would like to coach sport of some kind.
