Go Swimming has everything you need to know about swimming. If you are a parent, a non swimmer or just want to improve your technique this is the section for you.

In British Swimming you will find information about the world of high performance sport, including the disciplines of Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming, Water Polo and Para-Swimming.

The ASA is the governing body for the sport in England. In this section you will find all you need to know about joining a club or competing in England and becoming a swimming teacher or coach.

The IoS delivers the ASA’s courses and is a member organisation. Whether you are a teacher, coach, employer or club you will find everything you need to know about qualifications or educating your workforce.

Hazel Musgrove

After junior European campaigns in 2007, 2008 and 2009, Hazel Musgrove broke in to the senior squad in time for the European Nations Trophy in Manchester where the British women won gold.

She has been involved with the British team ever since, playing at the 2011 World University Games and winning bronze at the Four Nations Invitational, again in Manchester.

Musgrove's performances at the VISA International Test Event earned her a spot on the London 2012 Olympic Games squad where she impressed again at centre back and scored in matches against Spain and Russia.

She moved abroad to further her career after the Olympics, winning the Hungarian National League with ZF Eger then earning praise for her performances at the 2013 World Championships in Barcelona, which included a hat-trick in GB's opening defeat by Canada.
