Swim England, based at SportPark in Loughborough, are seeking 6 insight data administrators to join our team on a temporary basis. The roles are for 35 hours per week, for up to 3 months. Hours are 9am to 5pm and we offer flexible working options.

Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England. We help people learn how to swim, enjoy the water, and compete in our sports of swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming.

This is an exciting opportunity working within the Insight Department as part of a busy team responsible for delivering the Aquatic Workforce Audit.

Reporting to our insight officer, the role will be responsible for researching aquatic providers to find contact details and then completing scripted telephone interviews to collect and record highly accurate data to meet the requirements of the audit. Length of contract will be agreed with incumbent with the project completing on Friday 15th December 2017.

The successful candidate must:

  • Have excellent verbal communication skills
  • Have the ability to accurately type while on a phone call
  • Have excellent attention to detail in data entry onto an excel spreadsheet
  • Have a friendly but professional approach to work
