Swim England, based in Loughborough, is looking for a learn to swim accreditation manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The role will be home based with national travel and the hours are 35 hours per week (9am – 5pm).

Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England. We help people learn how to swim, enjoy the water, and compete in our sports of swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming.

This is an exciting new opportunity working within the busy Learn to Swim Department. Reporting to the head of Learn to Swim, you will use your partnership building skills and sales acumen to improve existing customer relationships, increase the number of member swim schools, awards sales and accredited Learn to Swim programmes. You will also take the lead on developing a swim school network to ensure the development of best practice and improve the standards of delivery, ensuring relationships are maintained whilst acting as a role model on behalf of Swim England.

The successful candidate must:

  • have experience of working in both a customer focused and sales environment
  • have experience of forming and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders
  • have the ability to manage a varied work program, including your own administration and meet tight deadlines
  • be flexible to travel nationally with overnight stays
