Are you ready to battle against the UK’s best junior swimmers for the title of county team champions?

The countdown to the ASA National County Team Championships 2016 has officially begun with the entry pack released and entries now fully open.

The competition will take place on a familiar battleground with around 1,200 swimmers set to descend on Sheffield’s Ponds Forge International Sports Centre on Sunday 23 October.

It is always one of the most anticipated events in the swimming calendar for the nation’s youngest talent. And following hot on the heels of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, this year should be no different!

Team GB Olympic medallists Adam Peaty, Jazz Carlin, James Guy and Siobhan-Marie O’Connor all competed at previous editions of the County Team Champs on their way to the top.

Who knows which stars of the future could be competing at this year’s event?
