About Georgia Ward

Georgia Ward progressed through the various stages of the ASA competitive pathway, competing at the ASA National Skills Finals in 2008 and 2009, then the ASA National Age Group Championships from 2009 to 2011.

She caught the eye with a clean sweep of 1m, 3m, Platform and 3m Synchro titles in the Group A age group at her final National Age Group Champs in 2011.

Just two years later, Ward won her first senior domestic medal with 10m Platform bronze at the British Championships then romped to victory in the same event at the British Elite Junior Champs.

Further domestic success followed in 2014 in the form of 3m silver at the season-opening National Cup then 10m Platform silver at the British Championships.

In 2015, Ward made her first big impact on the international stage, winning Mixed 10m Synchro alongside Matty Lee at the FINA Diving World Series leg in London then repeating the result in the 10m Synchro with Robyn Birch at the European Championships in Rostock.
