Take on the Channel in your pool for Diabetes UK

Imagine swimming 22 miles across the Channel. Well now you can attempt the challenge at your local pool and help raise funds for Diabetes UK.

The UK’s largest charity supporting people with diabetes is looking for willing swimmers to take on the challenge.

You have three months to complete the 22 miles, and the best part is that YOU choose the pace. Confident swimmers can rip through the distance in a week, while the more leisurely swimmer can take the full three months. So get involved here.

When you’ve finished the Swim22 Challenge we know you’ll have built up a love for swimming so come and join the ASA’s British Gas Swimfit to set yourself your next challenge.

You could set your goals even higher and attempt the Isle of Wight Coastline next! Click here to join the ASA’s British Gas Swimfit.
