In British Swimming you will find information about the world of high performance sport, including the disciplines of Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming, Water Polo and Para-Swimming.

The ASA is the governing body for the sport in England. In this section you will find all you need to know about joining a club or competing in England and becoming a swimming teacher or coach.

The IoS delivers the ASA’s courses and is a member organisation. Whether you are a teacher, coach, employer or club you will find everything you need to know about qualifications or educating your workforce.

Winning World Championship gold in 2009, double Commonwealth gold in 2010 then Olympic bronze at London 2012.

Supermodel Kate Moss posed for Tom's GCSE photography project after meeting on a photo shoot for the Italian version of Vogue. It was a recreation of an original portrait by David Hockney.

Became the first British synchronised swimmers to compete at an Olympics since 1992 and they finished 14th in the duet in Bejing.

Having won Commonwealth silver in the duet in 2010, they finished eighth at the 2011 World Championships.

Like many synchronised swimmers, Jenna is a keen dancer and is talented at ballet, modern and jazz.

During training Olivia sometimes wears a 3kg weight belt to strengthen herself even more!

Rosie Morris

Water Polo - Goalkeeper

Being British number one since 2006 and captain of the British Gas GBR Women's Water Polo team since London 2012.

Following London 2012, Rosie moved to France to ply her trade and helped Olympic Nice Natation to the French title in her first season.

10km Open Water / Distance Freestyle

Being the top male finisher in the 10km race at London 2012 then landing his his first major open water honours with victory in the fourth leg of the 2013 10km World Cup in Cozumel, Mexico.

Dan has won the British 1500m Freestyle title three times - in 2010, 2012 and 2013.
