Getting Into Competitive Synchro
There’s no better way to show off all your hard work in the pool from your lessons than with a synchro competition.
If you are at school check out our Under 16s' section for more about joining a synchro club.Competing is for everyone. The crowds, other competitors and atmosphere will all give you a real buzz.
So if you've been having lessons, are over 20, and have a passion for synchronised swimming - or if you’re just getting into the sport - and want to put your new-found skills to the test, check out the annual ASA Synchro Masters competition.
You can take part solo, in a duet or group, with team free and technical competitions. It’s a fabulous day for everyone involved and a great opportunity for friends and family to come and cheer you on.
Competitors are grouped in nine-year age bands from 20-29 and upwards. Competitors have been aged 95+ in the past so it’s never too late to have a go!
