These qualities can help your swimming, especially if you are looking for better times from the starting block.

Who is diving suited to?

Diving is great for people who enjoy gymnastics as acrobatics can be included as part of the dive.

Generally divers are strong with good flexibility and mental strength.

Be warned though, you'll need a head for heights to take on the top boards.
