About the Parents4Sport Website

Olympic swimmer Sharron Davies MBE has set up an online resource for parents who want their children to benefit from having sport in their lives.

Many parents simply want to get their kids involved in sport for fitness and to make friends.

Others need more advice on nutrition, coaching problems, facilities, funding or reoccurring injuries to name just a few potential minefields.

Sharron's new website covers all these areas and more.

What we show our children...is a big responsibility - Sharron Davies MBE

Her Parents4Sport website can’t promise to answer every single question but, if it can’t, Sharron's team probably know someone who can.

Click here to visit the Parents4Sport website. Sharron says the site is targeted at parents with kids from toddler age to 18: "I’ve spent 40 years in and around sport at every level, and I have a huge number of friends and colleagues to call on who will help me to help you.

"I’m passionate about what sport can do for all of us, and I believe that what we show our children...is the way we ‘hotwire’ them forever. That’s a big responsibility."
