Flip n Fun!

If you want to learn how to dive with style like Tom Daley or Tonia Couch, then a Flip n Fun class is a must.

Learning to dive isn't all hard work. With Flip n Fun you'll jump and play in and out of the water to help you develop those important diving skills.

Whether you want to develop your style or are interested in moving on to diving boards in the future, Flip n Fun is a great way to start.

It starts on dry land, using crash mats and trampolines to develop confidence, before entering the water.

Flip n Fun helps you develop co-ordination and balance as well as increase your awareness of the water.

Who is Flip n Fun for?

It's for children aged 5 -11 and as long as you can swim well you can have a go.
