Aquatics stars recognised in National Apprenticeship Hall of Fame

Five former Advanced Apprenticeship in Sporting Excellence (AASE) apprentices have been recognised in the National Apprenticeship Service Hall of Fame. Rebecca Adlington, Lauren Steadman, Katie Clarke, Oliver Hynd and Sarah Barrow, all of whom have represented Great Britain at international level, are featured in the Hall of Fame, designed to showcase the rise and accomplishments of England’s most successful former apprentices.

A total of 125 athletes from all five disciplines celebrated their successes while on the AASE apprenticeship programme at the Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony 2012 in Sheffield.
