The event will return to Ponds Forge, Sheffield for the first time in four years, having been staged in Manchester this year, Swansea in 2014 and Plymouth in 2013.

With some of the finest Masters swimmers on the planet competing, expect to see British, European and world records smashed on all three days of the 2016 British Masters Champs.

And with the LEN European Masters Championships taking place at London Aquatics Centre later in the year, there is sure to be some world class talent on show again in Sheffield.

“SIV are delighted again to be working in partnership with British Swimming to help bring this prestigious event to Sheffield,” said SIV Events General Manager Dominic Stokes. “We look forward to welcoming all the Masters competitors and their loyal supporters to Ponds Forge in April 2016.”
