T-30 Challenge 2014 results released

The ASA T-30 Challenge 2014 / 2015 saw five individual records broken as hundreds of swimmers submitted their entries of how far they were able to swim in 30 minutes.

There were some familiar names at the top of the age groups, not least East Leeds SC’s Kirsten Cameron – featured in last month’s Swimming Times – who topped the 40-44 years age group with 2520m, a record entry for that age group.

Two of East Leeds SC’s male entries also set new record standards for their age group; Kyran Parker, who swam 2460m in the 40-44 years age group, and Bill Moore, who swam 1710m in the 75-79 years age group.

Sarah Collings set a record distance in the women’s 35-39 years age group, the Kenilworth and Mount Kelly swimmer reaching 2410m, while Silver City Blues swimmer Audrey Cooper swam 2075m – a new record in the 60-64 years age group.
