Welcome to Advanced Technique Videos

In this section you will find a range of videos based on BLABT to help develop your swimming technique.

Advanced Technique Videos

This section complements the Fitness and Competitive programmes of MySwimfit as part of their advanced technique sections but may be of help to Swimfit users on other programmes also.

The short videos focus on the BLABT aspects of each stroke. This is: Body position, Legs, Arms, Breathing, and Timing.

BLABT is the traditional order to teach strokes and it dates from way back into swimming's history.

We recommend you view the videos in an open window with the advanced swimming techniques in Fitness and Competitive open in another.

Note: These videos have no sound. They are for illustrative purposes only.
