    Great videos. Just started swimming again after many years after a health scare and this has highlighted why i’m struggling with this stroke. My arms and in the right rhythm. Thanks for the help.

    I am also curious about the question raised by number 3 above, billio from tadcaster. The arm trajectories are very different in the breathing and arms videos.

    Veyy useful. Looking at the videos there seem to be two approaches to the arm stroke :

    one where the arms move out to the side in a sweep and then under the chin to move forward (the breathing video)

    one where the elbows are kept out and the hands push down under the chest and then forward (arms video)

    Is one better than the other ?. (I use the first)
