Mary Cole from East GrinsteadI learned to swim at age 50! I had been terrified of the water but now, aged 61, I absolutely love it. I particularly love butterfly and would say I am reasonable at it but trying to get better. I can do a length quite easily but then have to stop and have a breather before I do another one.
