Welcome to the Home of Shape Up and Tone on Swimfit
Swimfit’s Shape Up and Tone programme is the perfect choice for those looking to use swimming to shift a few pounds or tone up their body.
To help achieve your goals you will need to swim two to three times a week. You will also need to be comfortable with two of the four main swimming strokes, or possibly three. These are Breaststroke, Front Crawl, Backstroke, and Butterfly.
After you have registered for free with MySwimfit you will be able to access our online session cards (see an example right). You remain on the programme for four phases working through 32 carefully devised sessions that increase in intensity ensuring you remain in tip-top shape.
You will need to be comfortable with two or maybe three of the conventional swimming strokes.

Throughout Swimfit you are encouraged to become increasingly aware of the intensity at which you work. Intensity of exercise is an important factor in helping you to achieve your goals, and each session card has four sections delivering an overall intensity rating.
Your target is to work through the programme to deliver 100% intensity, tracking your progress in MySwimfit as you go, helping you to develop you into the new you.
