You have probably noticed that this ASA programme is called British Gas Swimfit. If you are wondering why this is, read on to learn why one of the UK’s biggest brands is involved with swimming.
British Gas loves swimming and British Gas customers and employees love to swim. Hence it made perfect sense to partner with British Swimming and the ASA.
As well as sponsoring the British Gas GBR Swimming, Disability, Synchro, Water Polo, Open Water and Diving teams, British Gas has supported school swimming through the British Gas Pools 4 Schools initiative and has given away millions of free family swims!
So, it couldn't resist helping the ASA provide a powerful swimming support website that encourages more people to get into the water.
