Synchro legs out of water

The England Talent squad are set to show off their skills at the National Age Group Synchronised Swimming Championships 2014.

The 10 young swimmers will put on a special display after the first session on Friday 5 December, where they will showcase the hard work they have been putting in at training camps throughout the year.

England Talent swimmers will also be competing in the solo, duet and team events at the Championships, which will see more than 600 swimmers come together to battle head to head at the GL1 Leisure Centre in Gloucester in an attempt to be crowned national champions.

This year sees the highest number of entries ever received, with competitors coming from 26 clubs across the country. The event will also form the first part of the selection process for the 2015 England Talent Programme.

Jenny Gray, Manager of the ASA Synchronised Swimming Management Groups said: “Synchronised Swimming is becoming ever more popular amongst young people and this will be a fantastic showcase of English talent.”

The competition takes place from 5-7 December at GL1 Leisure Centre in Gloucester. Tickets for all three days are available on the door from Friday 5 December.
