This weekend (2 – 3 May), the ASA will hold its first ever National Synchronised Swimming Championships at Gloucester’s GL1 Leisure Centre.
Over the course of the weekend, competitors from 15 clubs across the country will battle it out in the hope of being crowned the first English senior champion as they compete in Solo, Duet, Team, Figure and Combo events.
As well as providing athletes with an opportunity to compete for a national title, the ASA National Synchronised Swimming Championships will be the first domestic synchronised swimming event to be open to mixed entries in both the Duet and Free Combination events – a decision that reflects the ASA’s dedication to inclusive sport.
This weekend-long showcase of English synchro talent will kick-off with the Figures, Tech Solos, Free Combo and Free Solo events on the Saturday, and will conclude on Sunday with the Tech Duet & Mix, Tech Team, Free Duet and Free Team events.
