Fancy yourself as the next Tom Daley? Flip n Fun could be just the thing for you! If you fancy giving diving a go try out a Flip n Fun class.

Not only will it teach you great diving skills but you'll have lots of fun when you give it a go!

What is Flip n Fun?

Flip n Fun is an exciting programme where you can have fun learning new skills and really enjoy the water even without a diving board!

Flip n Fun is all about jumping and playing in the water. It starts at the beginning and teaches you how to dive safely from the side of the pool. This is an ideal course to help you get a grasp of the basics. Whether you just want to improve your style, or you’re interested in moving on to diving boards in the future, Flip N Fun is a great way to start

The Flip n Fun programme teaches you all about diving that could one day make you a sporting champion like our very own Tom Daley!. 

Each session will take you through a series of different exercises some on the pool side some in the water that will quickly build up your diving skills. series of basic skills.

Who is it aimed at?

It's aimed at anyone from age 5 -11 and as long as you can swim well you can have a go!

How do I get started?

Get down to your local swimming pool see if there are any Flip n Fun classes near you.

Where can it lead to?

If you really enjoy it and once you have learnt the basics you can join a diving club. There are many clubs all over the country and will really help progress your diving skills.
