Volunteering at the London 2016 European Championships

With next year’s LEN European Aquatics Championships taking place in England, London Aquatics Centre is once again preparing to open its doors to some of the finest swimmers, synchronised swimmers and divers in the world.

Just four years after spectacular London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the event will showcase more than 900 elite athletes as well as more than 4,000 Masters athletes from 9 – 22 May 2016.

The London 2012 Games Maker volunteers were one of the big success stories from the Olympics and Paralympics, helping to make spectators and athletes’ experience a truly memorable one.

And with a variety of volunteer roles on offer, there are plenty of ways you can ensure the 2016 European Championships live up to their billing as one of the marquee events in the international aquatics calendar.
