SWIMMING STROKE AWARDS

These awards have been designed to encourage swimmers to acquire good skills in strokes, turns and finishes before attempting to swim more quickly. Developed in association with the British Swimming Coaches and Teachers Association. It is strongly recommended that swimmers achieving these Swimming Stroke awards have previously achieved the ASA Competitive Start Award.
