Competitive Dives – Fundamentals – Online

This online module will provide you with an understanding of fundamental aquatic skills leading to the plunge dive and will cover health and safety, progressive practices, early progressive dives and common faults and corrections. The online learning takes you through a number of online activities with checks on learning and a quiz at the end.

This CPD is aimed at Swim England Level 2 swimming teachers, coaches and secondary school PE Teachers who had completed a Teacher of School Swimming course.

It will take approximately 2 to 3 hours to complete.

You can start this online course as soon as you are booked on and it can be accessed multiple times before completion.

Please note: the certification time for this module is 6-8 weeks.
