Foundations of Inclusivity – Online

This e-learning will give you an introduction to equality, diversity and inclusion, covering the approach to inclusion, use of appropriate language and the importance of adaption.

This course contains videos and interactive activities which are designed to enhance your learning experience.

You will learn about:

Applying the social approach of inclusion
Identifying current and appropriate terminology
Describing the importance of adaptation
Identifying where to access additional support and guidance
This e-learning will take you between 2 to 3 hours to complete. We recommend taking breaks throughout to think about how you can implement what you’ve learnt.

At the end of each module, you will have the opportunity to test your knowledge and understanding. Those who achieve at least 80% will be certificated to Swim England Qualifications.

CIMSPA Endorsed CPD – 3.5 points.
