This CPD is designed to help Swim Coordinators, Swimming Lesson Programme Leads, or equivalent to look at the planning requirements for an observation programme, skills and considerations when conducting an observation and the skills and considerations when giving feedback to an individual.

This is a CIMSPA Endorsed CPD and you will gain 1.5 points for attending.
