Course content
You’ll gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead, manage, and continually improve Learn to Swim programmes.
You’ll find out how to:

Assessment will be conducted through theoretical questions and scenario based tasks in order to demonstrate critical thinking, decisions making and the application of management knowledge.

Prerequisites:
- Learners must be at least 18 years old on the day their qualification registration begins.
- While not mandatory, it is recommended that learners have an approved SEQ Level 2 qualification. This prior achievement is suggested as it gives learners a solid foundation in swimming teaching skills, terminology, and practical techniques, which will aid their understanding and successful completion of the programme.
