Support Teacher of School Swimming – Northwich Memorial Hall, Northwich – Water Safety Matters

Support Teacher of School Swimming (Key Stages 1 and 2) is part of the Swim England National Curriculum Training Programme (NCTP). Once completed, you will be equipped to actively assist a more qualified teacher in teaching core aquatic skills to small groups of similar ability learners within the context of a school swimming programme.

This training has been developed to deliver the right training to teachers and assistants to ensure school children receive the best quality aquatics education.

The CPD is open to anyone over the age of 16 years, working in a school swimming environment; school teachers, classroom assistants, learning support staff, nursery nurses, qualified swimming teachers, parents, helpers or homeschoolers, and PGCE students.

This CPD provides 3 CIMSPA endorsed CPD points.

Prerequisites:

You must be at least 16 years of age.
