Who is the CPD for?
The CPD is aimed at SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teachers looking to deliver stages 8-10 Artistic Swimming lessons.

Format
This CPD is 6 hours long and will include a 5 hour interactive workshop and 1 hour pool time.

Content
During this session, you will learn about:

• Fundamental elements of Artistic Swimming
• Explanation of Stages 8/9/10 Artistic swimming Programme and the resources available
• Introduction to Artistic Swimming skills
• Introducing sequences to music
